One of the greatest duties we share as Masons is to be present for one another—not only in times of joy and fellowship, but also in times of trial. Each of us walks through moments of difficulty, and it is in these moments that the strength of our brotherhood shines brightest.
I encourage you to reach out to your brethren, check in on them, and offer a kind word or helping hand when needed. A simple call, a visit, or even a thoughtful message can make a profound difference in someone’s day. Together, we uphold the true spirit of our Craft: charity, compassion, and unity.
Let us continue to be the steady support and light for each other, so that no Brother ever feels alone in his journey.

Brothers, we are ramping up this Masonic Year, and we are looking forward to a great year. We are planning to continue our donation to the Women's Shelter at Thanksgiving, as well as host a new and exciting fundraising and fellowship opportunity.
Brothers, our events and planning cannot be successful without Masonic participation. We have approximately 130 members in our Lodge, but we only see an average of 18 on a monthly basis. We understand that a lot of Brothers now live a great distance away or are otherwise unable to attend meetings, but if it is within the length of your cabletow, please endevour to join us for our meetings. We would love to sit in fellowship and Brotherhood again with those whom we have not seen in a while.
If you are interested in more educational opprotunities, there is a Committee on Work Forum and Exam at Billy Wayne Tinsley Lodge in Houston on Saturday, September 13, 2025. The Forum begins at 8:00 AM, with breakfast beforehand. You don't need to sit for the exam, but the forums are an excellent way to remind yourself of your esoteric work and gain a little more understanding of the words behind the words.
Please continue to log any kind of charitable activities in the log linked below. These activites get reported each year on our Form 71 and help us maintain our tax exempt status. Please be steadfast in logging your activies so that we do not need to scramble to figure out who has charitable activities to log while we are filling out the Form 71 year year.
I hope to see you all at upcoming meetings and events. The lodge is open most Mondays and Wednesdays for study and fellowship, and we would love to see you there. It is also a great opportunity to invite anybody you know that may be interested in Masonry to introduce them to our Craft and members.

The apron begins in the hush of beginning— bright as resolve, untouched as silence.
But time, in its quiet mercy, works upon it: the borders soften, threads surrender to the rhythm of labor, creases settle where care once bent low.
Spots appear, as they must— not as shame, but as testimony.
Each mark a memory: of hands offered without demand, of burdens borne in stillness, of presence in places where truth is needed more than praise.
Do not conceal its wear— for that is not ruin, but reverence.
A worn apron is a vow fulfilled. It says, I was there. I gave. I endured.
The fabric holds no illusion. It speaks only of effort— honest and given, without need for perfection.
The aim was never to preserve its purity— but to let it bear witness of yours.
Not spotless. But sacred. Dedicated and true.
