Brethren,

With the arrival of March, we begin to see the first true signs of spring. The days grow longer, the air feels lighter, and the world around us slowly awakens from its winter rest. It is a season that reminds us of renewal, growth, and fresh beginnings.

In our Masonic journey, March is a fitting time to examine our own progress. Have we continued the work of refining our rough ashlar? Have we extended brotherly love where it was needed? Have we stood ready to offer relief and uphold truth in our daily lives?

Just as the earth prepares for new life, let us prepare ourselves for renewed purpose within our Lodge. May we approach our labors with energy, our fellowship with sincerity, and our obligations with unwavering commitment. Small efforts, faithfully made, lead to lasting growth.

As we march forward into a new season, may we do so together — united in purpose, strengthened by fellowship, and guided always by the light of Masonry.

As a reminder, 2026 dues were payable no later than December 31, 2025. If your 2026 dues have not been paid, you are now considered in arrears and are unable to participate in any Masonic activity requiring being a Master Mason in good standing. If this pertains to you, please contact me to remedy the situation. Due may be paid online at www.sugarlandmasoniclodge.com.

Spring is in full swing. Our next event will be our Rusty Hook Fishing Tournament. If you want to come out and fish with us, or if you know anyone that may want to take part, please pass along the information on our website to them. The link is below.
